Depending on how long you have been looking for a creative agency, you would probably have noticed that creative – web designers in particular, come in two types; they are either ‘techie geeks’ or ‘creatives’.
The techie geeks are very clever and will strive to create the most technically sound website or theory based campaign – but they may not understand so well how to create a campaign or website that makes the business money or increases enquiries. They often use a lot of techie-speak and jargon that often means that you don’t fully understand what is they are going to do for you – and that’s probably just the way they like it!
Creatives like things to be pretty and have all the designer bell and whistles available. However, they are not always technically sound and egos and take over a project. They can also be trickier to work with as they probably won’t take your input or criticism very well – naturally they are right!!
