Easy FTP!
Make sure you have your FTP login and password ready. We/Your Host can provide you with this.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO DELETE ANY SYSTEM FILES! WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST CONTENT / SITE DOWNTIME CAUSED IN THIS WAY.
- Press [Window Key] + [E]
- In the navigation bar (shown below) type ‘FTP.insertdomainnamehere.co.uk’ and hit the return key.
- You will then be prompted for your username and password. Check that you have entered correctly (case sensitive!) and click [OK].
- You will then see your hosting space. You should only upload files to the ‘httpdocs’ folder.
- Create a new folder as you would on your pc.
- Open a new file browser and find the files you wish to upload.
- Drag the files you want to upload from your PC files window, to your FTP window.
Files uploaded!
To upload to the image gallery, please ask your web host for the correct file directory.
